Share resources, notifications and pop-ups with students

Study resources

Add your own materials to students' Study Resources.

1. Resources → Create Category. Give it a name (for example Vocabulary or Mock Tests), choose the Target Courses and add an optional description.
2. Open the category → Add Material:
   • Resource Type: PDF, Audio, Video, Article or Link
   • Material Title, then the file or link (or the article text)
   • Published: visible to students
   • Premium: only students with active access can open it
3. Save. Students see it right away.

Deleting a category deletes all the materials inside it.

Notifications

Send a message to students' notification bell (and phone, if they allow notifications).

1. Notifications → Create Notification.
2. Enter a Title and Message.
3. Choose the Target Audience: All Students, or Specific Courses with their Target Courses.
4. Save. Use Edit or Delete later.

Pop-ups

A pop-up window students see when they open the portal, for example a special offer or a schedule change.

1. Popups → Create Modal.
2. Add a Title, Description and an optional Image.
3. Choose the Frequency: Once, Once Per Session or Always.
4. Choose the Target Courses and tick Active.
