Portal settings, branding and custom domain

Settings

Go to Settings.

• Company Profile: Company Name, Description, Website, Contact Email and phone. The Subdomain is shown but can't be changed.
• Address Information: your registered address.
• Branding & Appearance:
  • upload your logo and favicon
  • choose your Primary Color, which is used for buttons and highlights across the portal
  • if your logo is dark, turn on the option to show it in white on the login page's coloured panel
• Login Page: a headline and message for your sign-in and registration pages. Leave them blank to use the defaults.

Save, then open your portal in a private window to check how students see it.

Custom domain

Use your own address (for example learn.yourschool.com) instead of yourname.practet.com.

1. Go to Custom Domain.
2. Check the price. The custom domain is a subscription paid from your wallet. Top up the wallet first if needed.
3. Enter your domain and follow the DNS instructions on screen.
4. Once it's connected, the page shows Custom domain subscription active, the Renews on date and the days remaining. An SSL certificate is included, so your address works with https://.
