Load your wallet and read your transactions

Your wallet pays for student access days and for extras such as a custom domain.

Load your wallet

1. Go to Wallet and click Load Wallet.
2. Enter the Amount to credit.
3. Choose a Payment Method (the options depend on your wallet's currency).
4. Complete the payment in the window that opens. We will verify it automatically.
5. When you see Payment Successful, check the Amount Added and New Balance, then click Done.

If it says Payment Failed, nothing was taken. Click Try Again. If you were charged but the balance didn't change, contact support with the payment reference.

Transactions

The Transactions table lists every wallet movement: top-ups, access grants to students and adjustments. Filter by Status (Succeeded, Pending, Failed, Canceled) or date.

Click a row for Transaction Details: Type, Amount, Balance After, Reference, Notes, Date and, for grants, the student. From there you can Retry Payment on an unfinished top-up or View Invoice.

Did a dealer set up your portal?

Your dealer may also transfer funds into your wallet. They appear in your transactions.
