Give students access (subscription days)

Students in your portal don't pay Practet. You give them access days, and the cost is taken from your wallet at your portal's daily rate.

Give access

1. Open Students → View Details for the student.
2. Click Give Access (top right).
3. Choose:
   • Course: the course family the days are for (IELTS covers Academic and General Training, and PTE covers Academic and Core)
   • Number of Days: for example 30, 60 or 90
4. Check the live summary:
   • Wallet Balance
   • Rate: the price per day for this duration
   • Deduction: the total cost
   • Balance After
5. Confirm. Cost will be deducted from your wallet.

If you see Insufficient wallet balance, load your wallet first. See Load your wallet and read your transactions.

How days work

• Access starts immediately.
• New days stack on top of any days the student already has.
• The student sees their days in Subscription. Buying is turned off for them, because their access is managed by your portal.

Tips

• Give access for the student's real exam timeline. Longer durations usually have a lower daily rate.
• Check Days Remaining in the student list before exam season, so nobody loses access at the wrong time.
