Fixing the 'Could not access media' error.
If Chrome cannot access your microphone, you will see an error. This is usually due to a previously 'blocked' permission.
How to Reset Permissions:
- Look at the address bar where it says portal.practet.com.
- Click the 'Lock' icon (or settings icon) next to the URL.
- Locate the Microphone toggle and ensure it is set to 'Allow'.
- If it's already on, toggle it off and back on again.
- Refresh the page for the changes to take effect.
