Encountered something weird? Our technical team is always ready to investigate. Providing specific details helps us fix it faster.
What to Include in Your Report:
- Date & Time: When did the issue occur?
- Question ID: If it happened during a task, look for the ID at the top.
- Device Info: Are you on a Mac? Windows? Which browser version?
- Steps to Reproduce: What buttons did you click leading up to the error?
- Screenshots: Visuals are the absolute best way to show our team what went wrong.
