A rapid breakdown of the 2-hour integrated English test.

PTE (Pearson Test of English) is a computer-integrated exam where skills are often tested together (e.g., Speaking & Writing combined). Understanding the clock is vital.

Section Breakdown:

  1. Part 1: Speaking & Writing (54–67 Minutes): Real-time recording and integrated essay tasks.
  2. Part 2: Reading (29–30 Minutes): Integrated tasks including Fill in the Blanks and Re-order Paragraphs.
  3. Part 3: Listening (30–43 Minutes): Tasks from Summarize Spoken Text to Write from Dictation.

Notice: PTE does NOT have an optional break anymore in the new shorter format. Practet reflects this 2-hour continuous flow.
