Correcting a common myth in PTE speaking.
Many students think speaking fast equals high Oral Fluency. This is false. If you speak too fast, the AI cannot distinguish individual words (Pronunciation score goes down).
The Sweet Spot:
Aim for a steady, rhythmic pace—similar to a news anchor. Focus on phrasing (grouping words into meaningful chunks) and avoiding hesitations. Practet's 'Fluency Heatmap' shows exactly where your speech slowed down incorrectly.
