Strategies for high scores in the speaking-integrated section.
Describe Image is a high-scoring but stressful task. Use our templates to simplify the process.
Strategy for Success:
- Introduction (5s): State the main topic/title of the image.
- Details (20s): Mention 3-4 key data points, highest/lowest values, or colors using 'The image also shows...'.
- Conclusion (5s): One final summary statement like 'Overall, the image is about...'.
The key is NOT describing every detail, but speaking fluently for the full 40 seconds without pauses.
