Access given by your institution
If your institution manages your account, it gives you access days directly. How to see them and how to get more.
When you study through an institution portal, the institution buys access for you. It loads a wallet with Practet and gives each student a number of access days. You don't pay anything yourself.
See your access
Profile → Subscription (web) or Subscription (app) shows your Days remaining, Start Date and Expiry Date. Grants from your institution appear in the history as grants.
Why can't I buy access?
In an institution portal the subscription screen says Your subscription is managed by your portal administrator and buying is turned off. This stops you from paying for access your institution already provides.
Need more days?
Ask your institution's admin or your teacher. They can add days from their admin portal in seconds.
Want to buy for yourself too?
Switch to My Practet account (Profile → Linked portal on the web, More → Linked Portals in the app) and buy access there.
