Understanding your OET results
How to read your 0–500 score and grade, what Grade B means, and how to use each report to improve.
Every OET sub-test on Practet gives you a score from 0 to 500 and a grade (A to E), the same scale the real OET uses.
OET reports an overall score of 0–500 with a letter grade. Grade B (350) is the level most registration boards require.

Using your results
- Below 350 in a sub-test? That's the one to focus on. Most boards need Grade B in every sub-test.
- Reading or Listening: check which part lost the most marks, then practise that part.
- Writing: compare your letter with the Model Answer, then rewrite one paragraph using the feedback.
- Speaking: look at the clinical communication criteria. They are often the fastest to improve.
