How to track your payment logs and status.
The Transaction History section in your profile is a complete ledger of all financial interactions with the platform.
What the History Shows:
- Transaction Date: When the payment was attempted.
- Package Detail: Which plan was purchased (e.g., 30 Days Unlimited).
- Amount & Currency: The final price paid in your local currency or USD.
- Status: 'Succeeded', 'Pending', or 'Failed'.
- Payment Provider: Whether Stripe or eSewa was used.
If a transaction shows as 'Succeeded' but your active days have not updated, please contact our support team with the Transaction ID for immediate resolution.
