Common reasons for payment failures and how to fix them.
Occasionally, a payment attempt might fail. Understanding the reason can help you resolve it quickly.
Common Reasons:
- Insufficient Funds: Ensure your bank account or eSewa wallet has enough balance.
- International Usage: Some cards require manual activation for international payments (for Stripe). Contact your bank to enable this.
- Security Blocks: Your bank might flag the transaction as unusual. Authorizing the payment with your bank usually fixes this.
- Expired Card: Double-check the expiry date and CVV entered.
We recommend trying an alternative card or a different payment provider (if available) if a specific method keeps failing.
