Edit your profile, photo and email

Update your name, phone number, country and profile picture, and change your email address with a verification code.
Open your profile
- Web: click your avatar (top right) → Profile → Personal details, or go to Profile → Edit.
- App: open the More tab → Edit Profile.
What you can change
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| First Name / Last Name | Required. Shown on your profile and on leaderboards. |
| Phone Number | Optional. |
| Country | Used for pricing and payment methods in your region. |
| Profile picture | JPEG, PNG or WebP. Up to 5 MB on the web and 2 MB in the app. |
| Healthcare profession (OET only) | Decides which OET Writing and Speaking tasks you practise. |
Click Save Changes when you're done. If nothing changed, you'll see No changes to save.
Change your profile picture
- Web: click the picture, choose an image and save.
- App: tap Tap to change profile picture, pick a photo and save.
Change your email address
On the web:
- In Edit Profile, type your new email address.
- Save. We send a 6-digit code to the new address.
- Enter the code in the Verify Email dialog. Your email changes only after it is verified.
In the app, the email field is read-only. Change it on the web, or contact support.
