Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone. You lose:

• all your practice history, reports and scores
• your Study Plan, word lists and progress
• any remaining subscription days, credits and points (these are not refunded)
• your referral history

Delete from the app

1. Open More and scroll to the bottom.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Read what you'll lose and tap Proceed. We send a 6-digit verification code to your email.
4. Enter the code and tap Delete My Account Permanently.
5. You'll see Account Deleted and be signed out.

Not using the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We confirm your identity before deleting anything.

Accounts from an institution

If your institution created your account, deleting it also removes you from their portal. You may want to talk to them first.

Just want a break?

You don't need to delete anything. Stop using Practet, and turn off emails in Notifications → Preferences.
