Word games, points and the leaderboard

Practet's word games make vocabulary practice fun and earn you points. Games are played in the mobile app. On the web, Games shows the leaderboard and a link to download the app.

The games

Game	How to play
Wordle	Guess the hidden word in six tries. Colours show correct letters.
Hangman	Guess the word letter by letter before the figure is complete. A hint shows its meaning.
Word Scramble	Unscramble the letters to make the word.
Sentence Scramble	Put the words in the right order to build the sentence.
Word Hunt	Find hidden words in a letter grid by tapping neighbouring letters.
Word Destroyer	Type the words that appear before they run out of time.
Word Fall	Type the falling words before they hit the bottom.

Play a game

1. Open the Games tab in the app.
2. Tap a game card. The game's menu shows your Score, games Played and Win - loss.
3. Tap Play for a normal round, or Daily challenge for bonus points. The daily challenge can be played once a day, and after that it shows Daily done.
4. How to play explains the rules, and History lists your past rounds.

Points

Correct words earn points. The daily challenge multiplies them (2× by default). Points appear on your scoreboard and in Points History, and you can spend them for a discount when buying access. See Points - earn them and spend them.

Leaderboard

Open Games → Leaderboard in the app or on the web. Switch between Today, Monthly and Lifetime. Your own row is highlighted, and the top three get gold, silver and bronze medals.
