Resetting Your Password via Secure OTP

If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, Practet provides a secure One-Time Password (OTP) recovery flow. This ensures only you can regain access to your sensitive study data.

Recovery Steps:

1. Navigate to Recovery Page: Visit https://portal.practet.com/forget-password.
2. Enter Registered Email: Type in the email address associated with your account and click 'Submit'.
3. Check for OTP: An automated email will be sent to you containing a 6-digit verification code. This code is valid for 10 minutes.
4. Verify OTP: Enter the code on the recovery screen. If you didn't receive it, wait 60 seconds and click 'Resend OTP'.
5. Set New Password: Create a new password. It must be different from your previous password to ensure maximum security.

• Never share your OTP with anyone, including Practet support staff.
