Can I change my subscription plan or billing cycle, and how do I do it?

You can change your subscription plan or billing cycle from the account settings page, and we also offer a prorated refund if you downgrade your plan.

Changing Your Subscription Plan

To change your subscription plan, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Practet account and click on the account settings icon in the top right corner of the page
  2. Click on the 'Subscription' tab and select the new plan you want to switch to
  3. Review the plan details and click on the 'Upgrade' or 'Downgrade' button to confirm the change

Changing Your Billing Cycle

To change your billing cycle, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Practet account and click on the account settings icon in the top right corner of the page
  2. Click on the 'Payment' tab and select the new billing cycle you want to switch to
  3. Review the billing cycle details and click on the 'Save' button to confirm the change

Prorated Refund for Downgrading Your Plan

If you downgrade your plan, we offer a prorated refund for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. The refund will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in your current billing cycle and the difference in price between your old and new plans.
